Welcome to the Butterfly Hospice Trust in Boston, Lincolnshire
When you or someone you care about is seriously ill, you want to know they’re getting the best possible care and treatment. We do too.
Our hospice provides free 24-hour patient care to those who need it most.
Our services are for people aged 18 and over that are referred to us by a healthcare professional. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients and families facing a life-limiting illness by providing choice, care and support in a Hospice setting.

Section A3: Restore service delivery in primary care and community services
The Butterfly Hospice Trust is committed to a restart of hospice provision, offering local people free respite and end of life care in a Covid-free environment. The hospice auxiliary staff (employed by the Charity) are ready to return to our much-loved and needed community service. We also look forward to the return of the nursing staff, provided by our valued clinical partners.
We sincerely look forward to advising the community of our hospice restart.
Thank you to all supporters of The Butterfly Hospice Trust, past and present, for their commitment to the Hospice. We are a local charity with the principle aim to serve local people at the time of their utmost need.
