ASSISTANT RETAIL MANAGER (LOUTH)
PART-TIME POSITION: 7.5 HOURS PER WEEK
Role
We are seeking an Assistant Retail Manager with a proven track record in:-

Maximising retail sales against annual performance targets
-
Maintaining high levels of shop presentation through merchandising and housekeeping duties
-
Providing excellent customer care through quality of service and development of staff and volunteers.
Location :
Louth Store
Post Requirements
-
Possess GCSE-level qualifications, with competency in basic arithmetic
-
Accomplished communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to maximise sales, control expenditure and handle stock
-
Unpacking, assessing and preparing donated goods for delivery to our retail outlets
-
Flair for producing creative merchandise displays in store
Salary
£7.83 per hour (National Minimum Wage)
Hours of Work
8.30 - 4.30 pm (1 day to be confirmed as per rota; will include weekend working)
