ASSISTANT RETAIL MANAGER (SPALDING)
PART-TIME POSITION: 15 HOURS PER WEEK
We are seeking an Assistant Retail Manager with a proven track record in:-
Maximising retail sales against annual performance targets
Maintaining high levels of shop presentation through merchandising and housekeeping duties
Providing excellent customer care through quality of service and development of staff and volunteers.
Spalding store although there may be occasional requirement to cover our Louth, Boston and Skegness retail outlets (including our Boston-based Warehouse)
Possess GCSE-level qualifications, with competency in basic arithmetic
Accomplished communication and customer service skills
Ability to maximise sales, control expenditure and handle stock
Unpacking, assessing and preparing donated goods for delivery to our retail outlets
Flair for producing creative merchandise displays in store
£7.83 per hour (National Minimum Wage)
Hours of Work
8.30 - 4.30 pm (2 days to be confirmed as per rota; will include weekend working)
