This flagship event brings together our community, supporters and partners for an unforgettable night of elegance and entertainment, all in support of The Butterfly Hospice Trust.

Set within the stylish Nineteen33 Suite at the Jakemans Stadium, the evening will run from 7.00pm to midnight.

As our guest, you will enjoy an exceptional three-course dining experience, with a choice of:

Starter

• Tomato & basil soup, toasted bread, herb oil (VE)

• Lincolnshire Poacher & caramelised onion tart, dressed leaf salad (V)

Main

• Chicken supreme, fondant potato, pancetta & thyme sauce, seasonal vegetables (GF available)

• Teriyaki salmon, jasmine rice, spiced coconut broth, stir fry vegetables

Dessert

• Seasonal berry Eton mess (GF)

• Apple & cinnamon crumble, crème anglaise
