

Retail Volunteers
Our charity retail shops play a vital role in supporting the work of The Butterfly Hospice Trust, providing essential funds to help us continue our services. As a Retail Volunteer, you will be part of a friendly and welcoming team, helping to keep our shops running smoothly and creating a great shopping experience for our customers.
Retail Volunteer
Locations: Boston, Bourne, Horncastle, Louth, Spalding, Wisbech
Our retail outlets operate Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and rely on the dedication of volunteers to remain open and successful.

Key Responsibilities:

Sorting and categorising new donated stock, ensuring items are in good condition for sale.

Stock replenishment, keeping shelves and displays well-stocked and organised.

Assisting customers, providing a friendly and helpful shopping experience.

Helping with pricing, tagging, and merchandising to present items attractively.

Processing sales at the till (where applicable) and ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and inviting for customers.

Time Commitment:
This is a flexible role, and volunteers can give as much or as little time as they can. Opportunities are available Monday – Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
