Bridget MacPherson
A Boston girl, living in the area all my life and working in senior management for 20+ years. The Butterfly Hospice is a passion, my mantra is that ‘people come first’ – those who use our service, our staff, our community. "Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean."

Operations Manager
Lee Pierce
Having moved to Lincolnshire 5 years ago from Kent, I have been in senior management roles since. After joining the charity I have loved the diversity of the role - ‘We are here to add what we can to life, not to get what we can from life’.
Therapy Services Manager
Alan Madin
Grimsby-born, I returned to Lincolnshire after a long RAF career. In addition to my background of counselling within a hospice setting I bring experience of working for a major healthcare provider, as well as having been a counselling training manager. I really am looking forward to applying this experience to the role.
